The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with comprehensive information on the digital publishing lifecycle, from the publishing process to increasing the visibility of publications. One focus area will be open access publishing as open access is gaining ever greater significance, not least because of requirements of funding agencies.

Trainers:
Clara Ginther works at University Library Graz in the fields of E-Resource Management, Bibliometrics and Scholarly Communications. Prior to working at the library she was a researcher and trainer for non-profit management.
Christian Kaier works at Graz University Library in the fields of Open Access, Research Data Management and Publication Services. He was previously responsible for the law publishing programme of an Austrian scholarly publisher.
