Inhalt:
In Krisenzeiten sehen wir uns mit gesellschaftlichen Herausforderungen mehr denn je konfrontiert. Die Ursachen und Gründe dafür sind oft vielfältig.
Die Soziologie, die sich ihrem Selbstverständnis nach ursprünglich als eine „Krisenwissenschaft“ etabliert hat, beschäftigt sich mit dem Zusammenleben von Menschen und leistet bei der Einordnung und Analyse sowie beim Aufzeigen von möglichen Lösungswegen wertvolle Dienste.
Was bedeutet es aber überhaupt, eine Entwicklung, einen Sachverhalt oder ein Problem aus „soziologischer Perspektive“ zu betrachten? Was ist das Soziologische an dieser Perspektive? Worin liegt die Wissenschaftlichkeit einer soziologischen Betrachtungsweise? Was unterscheidet diese von der Alltagswahrnehmung, die durchaus nicht weniger scharfsinnig und durchdacht sein muss? Und welche Rolle spielen das kritische Denken und Argumentieren in diesem Kontext?
