The study programme in Biology gives you a fundamental understanding of biological processes and the interrelationships between all living things. This practice-based programme ranges from a basic knowledge of the species in key organism groups through to modelling. Admission process

Entry to the bachelor’s programme in Biology is selective and you will need to complete the admission process.

The admission process takes place only once a year, for enrolment in the winter and summer semesters of the relevant academic year.

If no admission examination is held, you will need to demonstrate a qualification in biology or in biology combined with other subjects (4 hours per week in the sixth form or supplementary examination).

Biology at the University of Graz
